Printronix supports all line printers for a period between 5 to 7 years after end of sales. Effective July 2021, these printers are under Limited Support after the last sale in May 2013.
Printronix Technical Support is no longer available and spare parts are offered as-available basis.


Alistech as Authorized Service Provider can provide maintenance service based on parts availability.


Printronix is planning to declare " End of Support" for P7000 and TallyGenicom 6600 Cartridge Printers effective January 2023.


Consumables availability remains unchanged and is not impacted at all by this announcement.
